7473 - J-K Flip-Flop

This is my working version of the 7473. It's based on 74H73, a JK-FlipFlop that is PULSE TRIGGERED and not EDGE TRIGGERED.

The schematic to the left is from The TTL Data Book for Design Enginers, Second Edition (Texas Instrument, printed in 1976).

The other schematic to the right is my DTL version.

Testing my 7473 as a toggle flip-flop

This version can operate up to 2 MHz, but I feel that the practical upper limit is around 1 MHz.

This is how the in/out signal looks like at 1 MHz and 2 MHz respectively.

The input signal has gone through two DTL NOT gates before the "7473"
